I think we can expect to see HR teams hustling to update leadership assessment tools updated with a box to check off for “creativity” .
Personally, I totally agree with such a decision.
Every second of everyday, while chatting with friends, while watching movies, or before sleeping, our minds never stop creating un-real imaginations, only creative leaders can catch them and bring them out to the real world, and by paying attention to your subconscious dialogues you’ll innovate your thoughts and you’ll even master it.
Create elevating ideas, never elevators.
Let previous ideas be the mother who delivers your new ideas, and never hesitate about any thought even if you think it’ll bring negativity, the BOX is creatives great enemy, keep it away and close, the world “Out of the Box” is much better, fun, and crazy.
Even thou technology is taking over, we can still dig deep in art and use the old School methods.
By getting our hands busy with artistic crafts using different elements, because everything around you is useful to create a goddess beauty out of it.
Navigate through complexity by the most powerful trait which is Creativity.
Creatives don’t just sit around on their butts , they’re on a constant move taking actions and making a rhyming tunes out of objects.
