The Brief

Our mission was to design AR filters that allowed users to showcase their culinary creations with a playful twist. The filters needed to be interactive, engaging, and resonate with the festive mood of Ramadan.

The Objective

We aimed to create a sense of community and celebration among Betty Crocker’s audience, making the filters a go-to tool for sharing their special Ramadan moments.

The Solution interactive filter- Both ways!:

Front Cam Filter: We introduced a fun chef hat overlay, transforming users into professional chefs and adding a touch of culinary flair to their photos and videos.

Back Cam Filter: We crafted a filter where hands emerge from the screen, inviting users to insert a dish. This aligns with Betty Crocker’s campaign style of “Don’t say it, bake it.”

The Results

The interactive AR filters were a hit! They seamlessly blended with Betty Crocker’s tagline “في رمضان هذه السنة، عبّر واخبز من قلبك,” creating an immersive experience. Users enthusiastically shared their culinary creations, fostering a sense of community and celebration.

Influencer Collaboration

To amplify our reach, we collaborated with five key influencers, resulting in a total follower count of 4,241,200 across Instagram and TikTok. The campaign garnered a total of 421,937 views and achieved an impressive average engagement rate of 9.9%.
